Office Hours
The majority of our practices have evening hours and weekend hours when on call.  Please go to the individual practice sites on our Home Page - "Meet Our Caregivers" for your providers specific hours of operation.

House Calls
We provide house-calls for our adult patients.  Please contact your HealthWise Primary Care Physician to request a House-Call.

Travel Clinic 
We provide travel immunizations for adults and children.   Dr. Angelee Carta, in Manchester, provides adult travel immunizations.  Dr. David Edelheit, Coventry Family Practice, can provide travel immunization for adults, children and adolescents.  Dr. Robert Parnes, in Vernon, provides travel immunizations for children and adolescents.  Please see their office information on our home web page.  

Electronic Medical Health Records
All of our patient visits are recorded and stored securely via an Electronic Medical Health Record.  This provides our physicians with better access to your record and improves the efficiency of appointment requests, prescription refills and registration.  It provides our patients with convenient access to educational materials, newsletters and payment processing.  Most prescription orders are sent directly to your pharmacy.  This reduces the possibility of medical errors due to handwriting illegibility.  Lab and x-ray results are expedited for our physicians review.  HealthWise protects medical information with a secure data exchange as required by HIPAA.

Future Services
Currently our patients can request a non emergent appointment under the “Contact Us” tab on our main page and on individual practice pages.  In the future, once the member portal button is activated, our patients will be able to book appointments on their own, utilizing their provider’s schedule and designated appointments set aside for this purpose.  In addition, you will be able to email your provider, directly, with specific health-related questions about your treatment.
