Directions:

Follow 84 East from Farmington.
Take Exit 64-65 off Route 84 East. The exit will split right and left. Bear left then right following signs for Route 83 North. There will be stop light at the end of the exit. Continue straight through the light and at this point you are 8/10 mile from HealthWise. Follow Route 83 North looking on your left for a Bridal shop with a large lavender sign called "Tux King". Tux King is on the corner of Route 83 and Naek Road.

Turn left onto Naek Road, going all the way to the end to the second building (Note: this second building resembles a warehouse from the back). Take a left AFTER the second building and this will put you to the front. HealthWise is Suite 5.
